The staff's friendliness was impressive! The indoor pool provided an enjoyable escape after long days.

Noise from the surrounding rooms was disruptive! Some amenities needed fixing, particularly the refrigerator.

Inconsistent elevator service can be infuriating during peak times!!! The indoor pool is uncomfortably cold, making it less appealing for a dip after a day of activities!!!

the bed & pillows weren’t even remotely comfortable, and their breakfast is advertised daily without any clarity on added charges, how quaint. i expected a complimentary upgrade as a guest, but alas, nothing. you can hear doors slamming, which is absolutely delightful when trying to sleep. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

The place was great for us! Our room had a balcony, a comfy sofa bed, and a fridge. The indoor pool was super relaxing after hiking all day. The gym was decent too. Staff were always ready to help with anything we needed.

The staff were super helpful and went out of their way to ensure our stay was awesome. Loved the indoor pool and how they had leisure spots for relaxing after our daily adventures.

One downside was the limited breakfast options. it could really use a bit more variety.
